  • A property visit will be arranged to assess the premises and see if it is suitable for events. From then, owners can expect a proposal that will include estimated income per event and a tailored management system that is specific to their property.

  • Although all events require vendors and clients to provide proof of liability insurance covering the property, we recommend the owners to purchase their own liability insurance to cover their bases.
