how many hours of coverage do you offer

Your wedding day is a masterpiece, and we are committed to its flawless execution from start to finish. We offer unlimited event-day coverage, ensuring we are the first to arrive and the last to depart. Every moment, every detail, and every transition will be orchestrated with precision, so your celebration unfolds seamlessly and beautifully.

what are the costs of your packages?

Event Management (Starting 1 month out) - $3,500

Partial planning (Starting within 12 months) - $7,000

Full Planning (Starting within 18 months) - $12,000

Rates may vary depending on your venue, guest count and scope of production

ARE YOU INSURED TO WORK AT ANY VENUE?

Yes! We carry 1 million in general liability insurance which covers us to work in any venues.

MY VENUE REQUIRES A COORDINATOR BUT I AM NOT SURE HOW MUCH help I ACTUALLY NEED.

If your venue requires a coordinator, we would love to discuss your vision and where you are in the planning process. Together, we will determine the level of service that ensures every detail is flawlessly executed, so you can enjoy a wedding day that is as effortless as it is extraordinary.

What time should my ceremony be at?

It will depend of the time of year, the sunset time, the location and some of your priorities when it comes to formalities.

What if my planner gets sick or can not be present at my wedding?

Not to worry, our team works together on a daily basis and we can cover for one another at anytime.

How much is the deposit to book you?

50% of the service fee is required at booking to secure our services for your date. The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to the event.

will you help us set up any DYI items?

While the answer is YES, DYI items require us to hire extra hands for an additional cost.

Do you do destination weddings?

Yes we do and love these opportunities. Rates for out of the country events are not listed and vary based on the location, time out of the country, guest count and scope of production. Starting rates for Destination Wedding is 30K.
